Dream Entertainment has optioned Sam Kashner's Vanity Fair article "A First Class Affair", which detailed the romance between Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton during the filming of 1963 MGM pic "The V.I.P.s."
Kashner and his wife, Nancy Schoenberger, have written the screenplay. The project is currently in development.
